Principal AI Engineer

Role Overview: As a Principal AI Engineer at Ford Credit, you will be an integral part of a high performing team focusing on exciting opportunities in AI. Your role will involve utilizing your highly skilled technical expertise to build end-to-end AI applications. We are seeking an individual who possesses a strong ability to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology. You will be responsible for developing Machine Learning models such as Supervised and Unsupervised learning, Neural Networks including ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM, Decision tree, Encoder, and Decoder, as well as working with technologies like Natural Language Processing and Generative AI such as LLMs, Lang Chain, RAG, and Vector Database. Additionally, you will be expected to lead technical discussions and provide technical mentorship to the team.
