Role & responsibilities

Lead the
academic, operational, and strategic growth
of a premium international school.
Oversee
CBSE and IB curriculum implementation
, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning outcomes.
Manage
faculty recruitment, mentoring, and development
for both academic and non-academic staff.
Ensure
smooth school operations
, compliance with board standards, and effective budget/resource management.
Promote
innovation in education
integrating STEM, Robotics, AI, AR/VR, and digital learning tools.
Foster a
safe, inclusive, and value-based environment
that supports student well-being and holistic development.
Build the schools reputation through
community engagement, parent relations, and digital outreach
.
Lead
strategic initiatives
in sustainability, technology adoption, and international collaborations.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:
Postgraduate Degree with
B.Ed./M.Ed.
Experience:
10+ years in educational leadership in reputed CBSE schools, with
minimum 5 years in IB curriculum
.
Preferred Background:
Experience in
day and boarding school management
;
founding principal
experience is an added advantage.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on with
Google Classroom, MS Teams, Canvas
, and familiar with
IB digital platforms
and
school ERP systems
.
Innovative Mindset:
Exposure to
STEM/Robotics labs

, and emerging educational technologies.
Leadership Style:
