Primary Teacher

For an upcoming residential school for girls, we are looking for passionate Educators who see teaching as more than a profession — a way to inspire, nurture, and guide. Our educators are not just transmitters of knowledge, but mentors who awaken curiosity, compassion, and courage in young learners.

This role is ideal for educators who bring subject expertise with humility, embrace experiential and inquiry-based learning, and see education as a journey of growth for both students and themselves.

Key Responsibilities

• Academic Planning & Delivery: Design and facilitate experiential, transdisciplinary learning journeys inspired by Cambridge, NCERT, and other progressive frameworks.
• Student Mentorship & Care: Provide emotional and social support to students, acting as a steady anchor in and beyond the classroom.
• Assessment & Feedback: Use portfolios, reflective tools, and storytelling to document growth, focusing on effort and evolution rather than only outcomes.
• Co-Curricular Engagement: Share personal passions (arts, sports, nature, music, debate, etc.) to enrich the life of the school.
• Professional Growth: Engage in reflective dialogues, peer learning, and continuous unlearning for growth.
• Parent & Community Partnerships: Build relationships with families rooted in trust and transparency.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years of teaching experience (experience in residential, alternative, or progressive schools preferred).
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to integrate across themes.
• Familiarity with experiential pedagogies and frameworks like NCF 2023.
• Compassionate, emotionally steady, and collaborative.
• Comfortable using educational technologies in simple and meaningful ways.

Working Rhythms

• Schedule: Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturdays).
• Community Life: Active participation in school events, exhibitions, and cultural activities.
• A mindful balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being is encouraged.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kishangarh, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
