Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over teaching methodologies, classroom management, and child-centred learning approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students and promote active learning.
• Create a positive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and respect.
• Assess student performance through classwork, assignments, and tests.
• Maintain student records and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Incorporate technology and innovative teaching aids to enhance learning.
• Encourage student participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.
• Ensure discipline and safety of students during school hours.
• Uphold school values and contribute to the overall development of students.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of child psychology and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools preferred.
