Required skills and qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is typically required.
• Experience: Minimum one year of experience
• Certifications: Relevant teaching certifications are necessary.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Qualities: Patience, kindness, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with young children are crucial.

Additional duties

• Safety and well-being: Supervise students to ensure their safety and well-being at all times, following all safeguarding procedures.
• Collaboration: Work with other teachers, teaching assistants, and staff to develop curriculum and improve teaching strategies.
• Professional development: Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops to stay current with educational practices.
• Extracurriculars: Organize and supervise school events, outings, or after-school clubs.

Core responsibilities

• Lesson planning and delivery: Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities across various subjects.
• Student assessment and feedback: Evaluate student progress, assign and mark work, and provide constructive feedback.
• Classroom management: Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment, maintain discipline, and manage student behavior effectively.
• Parent communication: Report on student performance and behavior to parents or guardians through meetings, phone calls, or written reports.
• Administrative tasks: Maintain attendance records, grade assignments, and complete necessary documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
