Job Description

Provide visionary leadership to the school, setting clear educational goals and objectives. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the school. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of teachers and support staff to promote a collaborative and effective work environment. Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation for the school. Work with teachers to design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes holistic child development. Ensure that the curriculum aligns with educational standards and best practices in early childhood education. Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians, maintaining open and transparent communication channels. Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events to involve parents in their child's education. Engage with the local community to enhance the school's visibility and support.
