Position Overview

We are inviting applications from passionate and experienced educators for the position of Primary Teacher (Home Room Teacher - HRT). The selected candidate will be responsible for mentoring a class of young learners, handling academics, pastoral care, and fostering an engaging classroom culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Home Room Teacher for a primary class.
• Teach core subjects and integrate activity-based learning.
• Build a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Track and support students’ academic, emotional, and social growth.
• Collaborate with subject teachers and school management.
• Organize and participate in school assemblies, events, and co-curricular programs.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed./D.Ed. (Mandatory).
• 2–3 years of prior teaching experience in primary grades preferred.
• Strong English communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching, creativity, and child-centered pedagogy.
