### **Job Overview** We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Primary Mathematics Teacher** who is dedicated to creating an engaging learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lesson planning, classroom management, and developing interactive teaching aids to make mathematics fun and accessible for students from Grades 1 to 5. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development** - Design structured lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum. - Create differentiated learning strategies to cater to students of varying abilities. - Incorporate real-life examples to enhance conceptual understanding. **Classroom Management & Student Engagement** - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture. - Implement effective behavior to maintain discipline. - Encourage student participation through interactive discussions and activities. **Developing Teaching Aids & Learning Games** - Utilize visual tools, models, and manipulatives to simplify complex concepts. - Design educational games and activities to make learning enjoyable. - Integrate technology-based tools, such as smartboards and math apps, for enhanced engagement. **Assessment & Progress Monitoring** - Conduct formative and summative assessments to track student performance. - Provide constructive feedback to students and parents for continuous improvement. - Adapt teaching methods based on assessment outcomes to meet learning objectives. **Collaboration & Professional Development** - Work closely with fellow educators to enhance teaching methodologies. - Participate in professional development programs to stay updated with best practices. - Engage parents in their child’s learning journey through regular communication. ### **Qualifications & Skills** -Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Education (specialization in Mathematics preferred). -Experience in primary education with a strong foundation in child pedagogy. -Ability to create engaging and innovative lesson plans. -Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills. ### **Why Join Us?** -Supportive school environment with state-of-the-art teaching resources. -Opportunities for professional growth and training. - A chance to shape young minds and foster a love for mathematics.
