You will be joining LSC (Lifesciences Consultants), a leading consulting firm in the Pharma/Biopharma/MedTech industry that provides strategic insights to clients globally. As a Market Research Resource, your main role will involve supporting the primary market research team by connecting with relevant healthcare professionals for research purposes. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews and managing project timelines. Your responsibilities will include conducting research to identify key healthcare professionals (KOLs) like physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals, building and maintaining a comprehensive contact database, reaching out to contacts for interviews and data collection, ensuring timely communication with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines, and analyzing collected data to provide valuable insights to the primary market research team. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration, or healthcare. Preferred qualifications include up to 5 years of experience in primary market research, healthcare, or related fields, experience in KOL screening and outreach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building professional relationships with healthcare professionals, strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously, attention to detail and accuracy in data management, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software, and knowledge of healthcare industry trends and dynamics would be advantageous.
