Pricing Coordinator

Your role will involve defining and offering prices to win business, meeting budget/target gross profit margins, making timely quotations to customers, converting quotations into orders, and supporting special projects for process/profitability improvement. Your responsibilities include: - Defining and offering prices to win business while realizing budget/target gross profit margins in the assigned sector - Making quotations to customers in a timely manner as per their requested timeline - Converting quotations into orders - Supporting special projects related to process/profitability improvements - Observing and complying with relevant Schaeffler Management Handbook processes and guidelines Qualifications Required: Education: - Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration - Preferably Master of Business Administration Job Experience: - Above 5 years of experience in bearing or relevant industry handling functions related to pricing and/or customer order acquisitions Language Skills: - Proficiency in English and Hindi Additional Details: As a global company with a diverse workforce, Schaeffler values mutual respect, embraces different ideas and perspectives, and encourages creativity and innovation.
