Pricing Coordinator

As a Pricing Operations Specialist at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Industrial Americas, you will play a crucial role in managing pricing operations to support the company's growth and customer relationships. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities and the qualifications required for this role: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for pricing operations for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Industrial Americas, involving tariff pricing documentation management, pricing tools and reports enhancement, and customer documentation coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in maintaining and enhancing pricing tools and reports. - Ensure accurate and timely billing off tariffs. - Manage import documentation including USMCA, AUSFTA, and Country of Origin report. - Coordinate completion of customer questionnaires and upload required documentation. - Handle data entry into Cloud 4 Customer (C4C) and CAQ systems. - Process credit limit increase requests. - Analyze data to recommend improved Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) and generate Lead Time reports. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing, operations, or customer support. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Experience with ERP systems, JD Edwards, CAQ, Process Director, Hubble, ReportsNow, and Cloud4Customer (C4C) are a plus. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. - Comfortable working across time zones and with remote management.
