We have an Urgent opening for “Pricing Coordinator” for our organization Indian Chain Pvt. Ltd. for Kolkata location.

Important: For this position interpersonal relationship and communication skill is required.

Role purpose:

· The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience in Logistics Pricing (along with others)and should have good relations with Agents. You will be responsible for setting pricing strategy for all services and monitoring. Your role will involve pricing and providing analytical support to increase and improve anticipated cost model. Additionally, you will need to perform pricing functions including lane cost analysis using tools.

Key Responsibilities:

· Candidate must be responsible to review market trends to assist with lane level margin strategies and prepare final pricing proposals to internal and external customers.

· Collaborate with all other departments will be essential to meet deadlines and provide accurate responses.

· Extensive following up with stakeholders.

· Candidate will also be required to maintain daily/monthly report Excel and ensure proper segregation of shipping documents for each customer.

· Working closely with the specific teams to establish prices for new services or enhancements to existing services.

· Candidate must provide performance analysis of pricing initiatives at the service and account level.

· Reporting pricing updates on an ongoing basis and recommending changes to the executive team as applicable will also be expected from you.

Qualifications required:

· At least completed Class XII. Preferably Bachelor’s degree.

· Candidate must have good behaviour, not arrogant.

· Excellent communications skills (cross-functional and cross-cultural).

· Must be good in interpersonal communication and relationship.

· Candidates must enjoy talking with people proactively.

· Must have: patience, ability to avoid any negative attitude and words.

· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in pricing, operations, (may be on freight forwarding).

· Knowledge in shipping disciplines will be a plus.

· Excellent negotiation skills for pricing and vendor management.

· Analytical, results-driven, assertive, ability to manage multiple priorities.

Skills required:

· Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze customer demand, competitor activity, and sales trends.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems, basic level of MS Office data entry, and Google sheet, excel.

· Interpersonal relationship: Must be good in talking to people.

· Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage multiple task and coordinate workflows.

Industry preference: Manufacturing/Engineering industry/ any industry.
