Job Description

Required Candidates Profiile

Bac

1.5 - 5 years of experience i
n pricing, operations, or customer support. Preferrably in shared service operations of manufactor MNC
experience in order management
Strong
proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with E
RP systems, JD Edwards, CAQ, Process Director, Hubble, ReportsNow and Cloud4Customer (C4C) are a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks.
Strong communication skills and willingness to seek help when needed.

Comfortable working across time zones and with remote management.

Pricing & Tariff Support

Customer Documentation & Coordination
Coordinate the completion of customer questionnaires
by identifying and engaging the correct internal resources
Upload required documentation to customer portals.

System & Data Management

Data entry for complaints into Cloud 4 Customer (C4C) and CAQ systems.
Submit and track customer account maintenance requests.
Process credit limit increase requests.

Reporting & Analysis

Analyze data to recommend improved Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) that enhance customer value.
Generate and maintain updated Lead Time reports.
