About the Role :

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & deliver
Pricing Analytics projects
for FMCG/CPG clients
Work on
syndicated datasets
(Nielsen, IQVIA, IRI) for pricing & consumer insights
Perform
data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
using advanced Excel & Python/R
Design impactful
Power BI dashboards
and
storyboard presentations in PPT
Provide insights & recommendations to senior management & non-technical audiences
Handle client interactions and present as the
face of the team
Mentor team members, ensure timely delivery, and manage multiple projects

Must-Have Skills:

5-10 years of
Pricing Analytics / Advanced Analytics
experience in FMCG / CPG domain
Strong command of
Excel (Advanced)
,
Power BI
, and
PowerPoint (Storyboarding)
Hands-on with
Python / R
for statistical modelling (Regression, Time Series, Clustering, Hypothesis Testing)
Expertise in handling
external syndicated sales data
(Nielsen, IQVIA, IRI)
Excellent
communication & presentation skills

Good-to-Have:

SQL, VBA, Azure exposure
Knowledge of
MMM, P&P
or other statistical models
Project & team management experience

Education (Mandatory):

M.Sc. (Statistics / Operational Research / Mathematics) OR
B.Sc. (Statistics) + MBA
