Job Description (Key Responsibility & Accountability) To carry out press operations like press panel production, Achievement of shop target / Objectives in their responsible area. Driving Safety, Quality, Productivity and 5S in their respective area Improvements and Employee Involvement Ensure the safe working environment in their respective area Ensuring the safe conditions and acts at shop floor Ensuring employees skill level training and development Support to Achieve shop goals and targets Ensuring materials availability to perform the daily production process Training of employees To perform and ensure the work as per OPS and GSOS To follow the safety rules and policy Involving in improvement activities/ suggestions To make decision for part Quality To ensure actual production as per production plan To communicate to external team and good communication with the immediate reporting manager Desired Personal Attributes: Good communication, Leadership, Problem solving and Team player
