President-Fellowship Internship in Gujarat (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Design and deliver an exceptional program experience for all stakeholders.
• Oversee program/project set-up and sustenance with all our projects.
• Select and train relevant stakeholders such as volunteers, orphanage management, and others as appropriate.
• Develop, formalize, and monitor adherence to MOUs with all local partners.
• Build and lead a high-performing, local team.
• Define roles, evaluate performance, guide learning, and promote a strong team dynamic among the India chapter team.
• Oversee efficient local operations.
• Manage all administrative functions related to the India program (budgets, administration, legal compliance).
• Develop and manage the annual Mumbai budget in alignment with organizational objectives and processes by ensuring monthly/quarterly activity plans are turned in by project leads in advance.
• Leadership of organization-wide initiatives.
• Act as primary liaison between the India program and the Chicago office.
• Translate organization-wide initiatives to effective local programming.
• Collaborate with other members of the global Program Team to foster organizational learning.
