Encouraging active listening and facilitating open discussions after stories will further deepen the impact of the sessions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize creative storytelling methods such as drama, skits, and interactive activities to make storytelling dynamic and memorable. - Tailor tone, format, and delivery of stories using audience-focused techniques. - Integrate visual aids, props, or multimedia to enhance the storytelling experience. - Collaborate with the Bookwallah team to plan and execute story narration sessions in alignment with the Bookwallahs Theory of Change. - Provide feedback and ideas to enhance storytelling strategies and programming continuously. - Create comprehensive session plans based on value-based stories, ensuring entertainment and education in each session. - Structure sessions to be age-appropriate, adaptable for different group sizes or abilities, and include pre- and post-session activities for extended learning. - Develop activities and initiatives for the Story-Sparklers program to enhance children's experience based on shared stories. - Design follow-up crafts, games, or discussion prompts to reinforce story values and messages. - Monitor engagement levels and suggest improvements to increase the impact of the program.
