Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Design and deliver an exceptional program experience for all stakeholders. Oversee program/project set-up and sustenance with all our projects. Select and train relevant stakeholders such as volunteers, orphanage management, and others as appropriate. Develop, formalize, and monitor adherence to MOUs with all local partners. Build and lead a high-performing, local team. Define roles, evaluate performance, guide learning, and promote a strong team dynamic among the India chapter team. Oversee efficient local operations. Manage all administrative functions related to the India program (budgets, administration, legal compliance). Develop and manage the annual Mumbai budget in alignment with organizational objectives and processes by ensuring monthly/quarterly activity plans are turned in by project leads in advance. Leadership of organization-wide initiatives. Act as primary liaison between the India program and the Chicago office. Translate organization-wide initiatives to effective local programming. Collaborate with other members of the global Program Team to foster organizational learning.
