Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children aged 3-5 years old, incorporating Montessori methods.
Create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students.
Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and performance.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in teaching pre-primary education (preschool or nursery).
Strong knowledge of Montessori methodology and early childhood education principles.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced day care setting.

Requirements

Willing to travel to gift city (Ahmedabad)
9hrs shift- 10 to 7
Alternate Sat off
Females only
