Urgent hiring for Preschool Teacher at Hyderabad, West Merradpally.

Curriculum Delivery:

Implement the prescribed curriculum effectively, ensuring a balance of academics, play-based learning, and hands-on activities.

Plan and execute lessons based on monthly and weekly plans, aligned with learning outcomes for language, numeracy, general awareness, and fine/gross motor skills.

Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs and developmental levels of students.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a warm, welcoming, and organized classroom environment that supports active learning.

Establish age-appropriate routines that foster independence, responsibility, and social skills.

Ensure positive discipline techniques and encourage respect, cooperation, and empathy among children.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

Observe, document, and assess each child’s development regularly.

Maintain detailed portfolios and progress reports for individual children.

Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback on the child's learning journey.

Communication and Collaboration:

Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, meetings, and digital platforms.

Collaborate with co-teachers, assistant teachers, and school staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Participate actively in school events, celebrations, workshops, and training programs.

Health, Safety & Hygiene:

Ensure that children are safe, supervised, and cared for at all times.

Follow all safety protocols, including hygiene standards, snack supervision, and emergency preparedness.

Address any behavioural, emotional, or developmental concerns promptly with guidance from the academic coordinator.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
