Presales Writer

As a Presales Writer at ClearTrails, you will collaborate with the Presales team to craft documentation that effectively communicates ClearTrails" value proposition, solution narrative, and product features to customers. Your responsibilities will include researching product information, collaborating with various teams, and managing end-to-end bid management processes to create compelling proposals, RFP responses, solution briefs, presentations, and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with subject matter experts to simplify complex product information into clear and engaging content. - Manage the Bid Management process, including assessing RFPs, understanding customer needs, preparing final documents, and uploading them to customer portals. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and support teams to edit proposals and craft RFP responses. - Develop easy-to-understand presentations and technical documents to enhance customer understanding. - Gather user feedback to enhance content quality, proofread, and publish content consistently. - Maintain detailed databases of documents and create sales enablement materials like whitepapers and case studies. Qualifications: - 4-8 years of experience in documentation and presales support. - Graduation in a Technology-related field; Postgraduation (MBA/MTech/MCA/IT) will be an added advantage.
