Presales Writer

Role Overview: As a Presales Writer at ClearTrails, you will collaborate with the Presales team to create comprehensive documentation that effectively communicates ClearTrails" value proposition, solution narrative, and product features and benefits. Your key responsibility will be to research product information, work closely with various teams, and manage bid management processes to develop proposals, RFP responses, solution briefs, presentations, reports, and more to simplify complex technologies for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand product details and documentation requirements, translating complex information into clear and engaging content. - Manage the end-to-end Bid Management process, including RFP assessment, understanding customer needs, technical specifications, and preparing final documents for submission. - Edit and prepare responses for RFPs in coordination with sales, marketing, engineering, and support teams. - Create easy-to-understand presentations and technical documents to enhance customer understanding. - Gather user feedback to improve content quality, proofread and publish content ensuring consistency. - Develop and maintain a repository of documents and reference materials, including whitepapers and case studies. Qualifications: - Proven experience in a software products company as a Technical Writer or Presales Consultant. - Strong Stakeholder Management Skills to effectively communicate and cater to various stakeholders" requirements. - Excellent writing and editing skills in English. - Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Snagit, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional, etc. Additional Company Details: ClearTrails seeks a candidate with 4-8 years of experience in documentation or presales support, preferably with a degree in a Technology-related field. A postgraduate degree (MBA, MTech, MCA, IT) will be considered a plus.,
