Job Description

As a Presales VMware at Niyati Tech, your role will involve providing essential support to the VMware sales team by identifying and pursuing virtual infrastructure business opportunities across various client portfolios. Your responsibilities will include presenting VMware product features and benefits to Managers and Director Level prospects, offering technical and strategic vision about the VMware product family, evangelizing current and future VMware products and technologies, and driving the design of customer-oriented solutions using VMware. Additionally, you will need to establish positive working relationships, proactively seek new sales opportunities, ensure the success of customer proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and participate in the SE discussion forum. You will also be expected to mentor other system engineers and create training content for the SE organization as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Present VMware product features and benefits to Managers and Director Level prospects - Provide technical and strategic vision about the VMware product family - Describe VMware's key messages and vision and discuss key benefits for customers - Maintain knowledge of complete VMware product set and describe key features and benefits of each - Establish positive working relationships internally and externally - Proactively seek new sales opportunities - Evangelize current and future VMware products and technologies with a focus on large enterprise deployments and/or vertical solutions - Drive the design of customer-oriented solutions using VMware - Participate consistently in the SE discussion forum - Mentor other system engineers - Create training content for the SE organization Candidate Qualifications: - Qualification in business or engineering discipline or equivalent training and industry experience - Proficiency with major server operating systems (UNIX/Linux or Windows Server) - Understanding of Virtualization concepts and competitive positioning knowledge - Strong knowledge of Enterprise technology including SMP servers, storage arrays, storage networking, network protocols, and general connectivity in multi-platform enterprise environments - Experience in open systems administration and management, technical sales or consulting with excellent prioritizing and organizing skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities - Fluency in English and Hindi - High ethics and integrity, respected character - Willingness to travel at short notice Required Skills: - Communication skills - VMware - Technical sales - UNIX/LINUX - Windows Server Joining Niyati Tech as a Presales VMware offers a critical opportunity to build and maintain customer relationships, drive the adoption of VMware solutions, and exceed revenue goals.
