Job Description

To have working knowledge of various Government Tender Platforms like GeM, Banking Tenders, Tender Reading etc for Central, TS, AP, TN, Karnataka States on daily basis
Vender Management , Calling and getting price from OEM
Experience in attending Pre-Bid Meetings.
Prepare tender documents both on line/off line.
Preparation of EMD well in advance as per the requirement
Prepare both Technical Bid Data and Price Bid data as per RFP
Ensure that there are Nil Disqualification of both Technical & Commercial Bids submitted
Attend all price bid meetings
Submit minutes of Price Bid Meetings after evaluation of L1, L2, L3 etc
To thoroughly check the work orders for correctness of Contract Period, Company Details, Contract Validity, Security Deposit and important Clauses.
To coordinate with new clients for timely finalization of agreements.
Submission of Performance Bank Guarantee within stipulated time.
Monthly MIS for EMDs/PBGs submitted for tender participation.
To coordinate and ensure all EMDs/PBGs are received back wherever tenders are not awarded to the company.
