Job Description You will be a part of Neptune Info Solution Pvt Ltd, specializing in IT solutions including Security, Mobility, Analytics, Cloud, and Facility Management Services (FMS). Partnering with renowned IT brands like HP, Microsoft, Cisco, Symantec, and others, Neptune delivers competitive technological solutions tailored for businesses. In addition to product sales, Neptune provides short-term and long-term rental solutions for SMBs and corporates, featuring laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, and more. You will also be involved in software licensing and desktop security solutions, ensuring a comprehensive IT ecosystem for our clients. Key Responsibilities - Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements - Prepare and deliver technical presentations - Collaborate with sales teams to propose IT hardware and solutions - Respond to RFPs - Conduct product demonstrations - Assist in the design and customization of hardware solutions to meet client needs - Consult on suitable IT systems and devices Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and recommend tailored IT hardware solutions - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interface with clients effectively and build strong relationships - Consulting and Presales abilities to present and propose technical solutions that align with client objectives - Knowledge of IT hardware and networking devices, rental IT solutions, and licensing products is a plus - Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to client-specific requirements - Prior experience in IT Presales roles will be an advantage,
