Description
As a member of Siemens Digital Industries Software, you will be a key player in providing solutions for designing, simulating, and manufacturing products across various industries such as Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, and more. Your primary responsibility will be managing one or multiple services projects to drive customer value realization. These projects may vary in size and complexity, with a focus on achieving targeted outcomes in terms of financial goals, schedule adherence, scope, and quality while ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for Sales, Presales, Engagement Managers, Services Management, and customers throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will demand a deep understanding of Siemens LCS/PLM software capabilities across different industries, encompassing a broad range of solutions from our Xcelerator portfolio. Presales activities will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities, involving the demonstration of the business value of our LCS solutions, particularly Teamcenter, to potential customers. Your ability to showcase proof of concepts tailored to customer use cases and collaborate with customers in a consultative manner to define solution approaches will be instrumental in driving successful implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Present and demonstrate LCS solutions, especially Teamcenter, in sales pursuits aligned with customers" business needs, emphasizing business value. - Conduct proof of concept demonstrations in Teamcenter based on customer-specific use case configurations. - Collaborate with customers in a consultative capacity to define solution approaches and assist the implementation team in scoping the work. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Teamcenter and related application capabilities and limitations, effectively communicating any gaps to the Product Development team for continual improvement. Qualifications: - Proven experience in Presales or Service/consulting roles for Teamcenter, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels within organizations. - Proficiency in Teamcenter core modules, including BOM Management, Change Management, Active Workspace, and Visualization. - Hands-on experience in Teamcenter Installation and Configuration. - Preferably, background in the automotive, aerospace, or mechanical industries. - Self-supporting, capable of working autonomously and willing to travel for short durations. - Strong initiative, teamwork, flexibility, and a continuous learning mindset. - Ideally educated to degree level in engineering or related technical disciplines. - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
