Job Description

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue in the domestic market. Identify and prioritize target accounts and key industries, conducting market research and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact, and addressing their ongoing needs and concerns. Proactively prospect and engage with new leads and prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and referrals. Conduct in-depth needs assessments and product demonstrations to understand client requirements and position our solutions effectively. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to develop tailored solutions and address client challenges. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services. Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maximizing revenue potential. Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends, providing regular updates to senior management.
