Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Management Intern, based in Gurugram. The Presales Management Intern will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, assisting with lead generation, and preparing presentations. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales and consulting teams, supporting customer inquiries, and providing pre-sales consulting to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and addressing client needs
• Consulting skills to create tailored solutions and effectively present information to clients
• Knowledge of Presales processes and the ability to assist with lead generation and presentations
• Keen attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively with teams, and a proactive attitude
• Background or interest in nutrition, wellness, or healthcare is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
