Presales Lead

As a Presales / Call Centre Manager at Anarock Group for South India, your role involves managing and achieving business objectives for the Presales / Call Centre function. You will be responsible for achieving targets for Walkins and Qualifications across various processes within Anarock Group, focusing on ticket sizes, cities, and second homes. Your key responsibilities include: - Achieving targets of Virtual engagements and sales through your team - Ensuring coverage across all customer engagement through high quality and continuous innovation - Motivating your team to meet business outcomes - Optimizing Sales Processes and Customer Experience to enhance transactions and minimize friction points - Identifying and serving as a converser of market needs for analytical and business solutions - Assisting in establishing call center objectives and providing opportunities for representatives to expand their knowledge - Hiring, training, coaching, and leading call center representatives to provide high-quality support for customers - Identifying customer acquisition opportunities, writing sales pitches, providing product knowledge to marketing and sales teams, and analyzing potential markets - Ensuring staff members achieve desired service levels, managing leaves, absenteeism, and attrition within the team - Designing presentations, making Discovery Calls, and preparing reports to improve processes, allocate resources properly, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess the following skills and experience: - Go Getter, innovative, persuasive, out of the box thinking - Bachelor's or masters degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent - Experience: 8+ years in Real Estate Pre-Sales, preferably working in the process of a reputed Developer/ Call Centre driving sales Walkins/Site Visits - Knowledge of handling tech systems will be an added advantage Language Requirements: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu Job Type: Full-time Benefits: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Additional Details: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Experience: - Real estate telecalling: 5 years (Required) Language: - English (Required) - Hindi (Required) - Tamil (Required) Work Location: In person,
