We are looking for a professional real estate Sales Representatives to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real estate Professional responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Desired Candidate Profile

Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads from HNI clients through calls.

• Develop relationships with HNI clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution.
• Serve as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
• Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services through the data base.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Maintain highly disciplined schedule for balancing key activities including prospecting, customer appointments, follow-up, and administrative details.
• Establish and maintained good relations with all clients
• Convince clients for Site Visit.
• Aggressively follow up for site visits.
• Follow up post-site visit for feedback.
• Network with customers.
• Regularly follow up for bookings.

Graduates with 4 to 7 years of core Real Estate experience in Telephonic interaction with customers.

Candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi and should have good communication They should be computer savvy.

• Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
• Minimum 4-to-7-year experience in sales is mandatory
• Should have basic knowledge of Real-estate Rules and Regulations.
• Fluent in English, Hindi Marathi
• Should be able to work with a Team.
• Preferably Female Candidate
• Expertise in Promoting the products
• Good at Customer follow-up
• Should keep the record of Feedback - mails/phones (communication channel)
• Experience in Brand promotion tele calling would be added advantage Roles and Responsibilities
