Key Responsibilities : Presales Activities : Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to understand client requirements and create solutions documentation. Technical and Functional Documentation : Prepare accurate and comprehensive responses to technical and functional questionnaires for proposals. Ensure all responses align with the company s capabilities and address client-specific needs. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate and refine responses. Proposal Preparation : Create high-quality proposals that include solution design, technical details, timelines, and pricing. Customize proposals to address client-specific requirements while maintaining brand consistency. Insurance Industry Expertise : Leverage in-depth knowledge of insurance products, workflows, and regulatory requirements to tailor solutions. Collaboration and Support : Work closely with internal teams (sales, product development, and marketing) to align presales strategies with organizational goals. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client-facing materials. Maintain a repository of reusable content for proposals and questionnaires to improve efficiency.
