Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound lead generation through calls, emails, and digital platforms to identify potential real estate clients.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their real estate requirements and assessing their purchasing potential.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients about available properties, project features, pricing, and offers.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant client details and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales funnel.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients to nurture long-term relationships and ensure future business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and necessary documentation required for clients.
  • Track leads from initial contact through closure and provide feedback on the quality and status of each lead.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a

    Pre-Sales

    or

    Sales Coordination

    role, ideally within the

    real estate

    sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in

    English, Hindi, and Marathi

    to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, customer handling, and coordinating sales activities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Graduates are preferred; however, undergraduates with relevant experience will be considered.
