Role & responsibilities Having good knowledge about locality and project in Central Mumbai and Thane. To ensure sales in residential/commercial real estate. Responsible for generating new business opportunity for the organization Looking for a hard-core performer in selling Residential and commercial Property. Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships Talk to the leads generated by marketing team & explain the project details Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Set clear team goals and delegate tasks and set deadlines Monitor team performance and report on metrics Motivate team members Discover training needs and provide coaching Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments Preferred candidate profile Fluent English Communication Proven work experience as a Real Estate sales executive or Team Leader or Sales Manager. Preferred working experience from Mulund to Ghatkopar project or Powai project.
