- Conduct product presentations and live demos for CCTV cameras, NVRs, and RF transmitters/receivers.
- Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet performance, budget, and compliance standards.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and ROI calculations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve pre‑sales technical questions and ensure product readiness.
- Track competitor offerings and market trends in video surveillance and RF technology.
- Follow up on leads, maintain a CRM record of interactions, and hand over qualified opportunities to sales.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product features and documentation.
