Presales Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Solution Understanding & Design: Develop a thorough understanding of control room solutions, including system architecture and integration with console furniture, to design optimal setups tailored to customer requirements. Customer Engagement & Presentations: Create and deliver technical presentations that clearly outline the value proposition and appropriate architecture of the control room solution for specific use cases. Demo & Technical Discussions: Conduct demonstrations and engage in technical discussions with customers and channel partners, either at experience centers or for POC setups, to showcase solution capabilities and use-case alignment. Demo Setup & Configuration: Manage the setup and configuration of control room solutions exclusively for demo and POC purposes, either at internal labs, partner sites, or designated experience centres. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical guidance during POCs or demos, resolve issues during trials, and support the sales team with technically accurate responses to customer queries. Documentation & Coordination: Maintain detailed records of demo setups and feedback, coordinating closely with the engineering and sales teams for solution improvements and knowledge sharing. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on control room technologies and contribute to ongoing solution refinement and team-wide technical learning. Preferred candidate profile Education: Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Experience: 2~3+ years in service engineering, preferably in control room or IT/AV solutions. Skills: Knowledge of KVM systems, networking, and troubleshooting hardware/software. Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel across India. Other: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
