Presales cum Solution Architect for Digital Workplace Services

As a Pre Sales cum Solution Architect - Digital Workplace Services with 6-15 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies. You should possess strong client-facing skills and the ability to write high-quality technical proposals. Your role will require a deep understanding and solutioning capabilities on digital workplace tools like Nexthink, ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, 1E, SysTrack, etc. In this role, you will be expected to be an innovative thinker with a deep understanding of commercial models and financial acumen in pricing bids. Your responsibilities will include developing go-to-market strategies, interfacing with clients, and leading technical discussions to promote solutions that enhance business value. You should be able to expertly write technical proposals, respond to RFPs, RFIs, and create compelling client presentations. Collaboration and teamwork are key aspects of this role, as you will be required to work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and delivery teams to develop and refine new service offerings and propositions. You will also need to demonstrate hands-on experience with traditional infrastructure such as EUC, Service Desk, Server Management, Storage, Backup, etc. Additionally, you should have a strong background in infrastructure landscape and end-to-end solution architecting, with the ability to independently compile solution documents and proposals. Familiarity with ITIL and other process methodologies for delivering IT services is also beneficial. To qualify for this position, you should be an IT graduate preferably with a Management degree.
