Telecom Solution Architect Presales Location: Gurugram / Noida, India Experience: 10+ years About the Role: we are s looking for a Telecom Solution Architect Presales to drive business and solution architecture for telecom service providers. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing, 5G, AI/ML, and Data Analytics and will craft winning bid proposals, use cases, and solution roadmaps to help clients optimize their telecom operations. This role involves direct engagement with CXOs, business leaders, and technical teams to deliver innovative, revenue-driven solutions . Key Responsibilities: 1 Solution Architecture & Business Use Cases Design and deliver end-to-end OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing, and Customer Experience (CX) solutions for telecom service providers. Create business use cases leveraging AI, ML, and Data Analytics to drive network optimization, customer retention, revenue assurance, and predictive analytics . Architect 5G, IoT, and cloud-native solutions that integrate with legacy telecom systems . 2 Presales & Bid Management Lead RFI/RFP responses, bid strategy, proposal development, and technical documentation . Develop cost estimation models and winning bid strategies for large-scale telecom projects. Conduct product demonstrations, PoCs, and technology workshops for clients. 3 CXO-Level Engagement & Consultative Selling Act as a trusted advisor for telecom operators, advising on digital transformation, automation, and AI-driven strategies . Engage with C-level executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align solutions with business goals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth. 4 AI/ML & Data Analytics in Telecom Solutions Develop AI-powered automation solutions for billing remediation, fraud detection, customer churn prediction, and network optimization . Integrate data analytics to provide insights for improving customer experience, service quality, and revenue management . Implement zero-touch automation for 5G networks and OSS/BSS modernization . 5 Collaboration & Innovation Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to refine solution offerings. Stay ahead of telecom industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies . Drive thought leadership by contributing to whitepapers, industry events, and customer workshops . Required Skills & Expertise: Telecom Solution Architecture (OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing, Revenue Assurance) 5G Networks & Digital Transformation AI/ML, Data Analytics & Automation in Telecom Presales, RFP/RFI, Bid Management, and Cost Estimation Business Use Case Development & Client Advisory Zero-Touch Automation & Predictive Analytics C-Level Engagement & Consultative Selling Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Telecom, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in Telecom Solution Architecture, Presales, and Business Consulting. Hands-on expertise in OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing, and AI-driven telecom solutions .
