Job Description

Role Overview: As a Presales Consultant based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for managing pursuit activities, including responding to RFP/RFIs, defining solutions, and leading bid strategies. You will also oversee program management of pursuit activities, ensuring timely submission, and manage demand generation activities such as prospecting and conducting market research. Additionally, you will coordinate customer visits, plan logistics, contribute to content, lead customer presentations, and gather background information on prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to RFP/RFIs and manage the bid process by preparing and deploying the bid plan - Define appropriate solutions by capturing business and technical requirements - Establish WIN themes and lead bids end-to-end by collaborating with various teams - Drive qualification of pursuits and win strategy for qualified deals - Program manage all aspects of pursuit from kick-off through bid submission - Review bid progress, integrate responses, and ensure timely submission - Create integrated pricing/P&L templates to maximize win probability - Program manage demand generation activities and campaigns, including prospecting and market research - Shape proactive themes for pipeline generation and build context around diverse areas - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to generate leads and respond to RFPs - Plan and coordinate successful customer visits, lead presentations, and engage with clients - Collect background information of prospective clients through secondary sources for lead qualification Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in presales or related field - Bachelor's Degree - Strong understanding of industry sectors including BFSI, Energy, Manufacturing, Resources, Transportation, and Telecom - Proven track record in managing pursuit activities and leading bid processes - Ability to capture and understand business and technical requirements - Proficiency in program management of pursuit activities and bid submission - Capability to create integrated pricing/P&L templates - Proficient in demand generation activities, prospecting, and market research - Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders - Experience in planning and coordinating successful customer visits - Ability to collect and analyze background information of prospective clients Additional Details: Reinvent your world.
