Prepress Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process artwork files for printing as per job requirements.
• Check files for accuracy, layout, font issues, image resolution, bleed, and color settings.
• Perform pre-flight checks and make necessary corrections before sending files for production.
• Convert and adjust files to CMYK, spot colors, or other required print formats.
• Ensure all design elements meet printing specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with designers and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review proofs and make required adjustments to ensure final output accuracy.
• Manage file organization, version control, and proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to printing files or formats.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and timely delivery of all pre-press tasks.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other pre-press tools.
• Good understanding of printing processes (offset, digital, flexo, etc.).
• Knowledge of file formats such as PDF/X, EPS, TIFF, etc.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
