Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Premium Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in handling premium accounts.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain relationships with existing premium clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new premium clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is crucial.
Basic knowledge of account management principles and practices is required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve complex issues.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions is highly valued.
Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools is an added advantage.
