Job Description

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager in the Imperia programme, your main responsibility will be to engage with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and provide them with a superior customer experience to optimize the profitability of their relationships with the bank. You will focus on increasing the relationship size, cross-selling appropriate products, acquiring family accounts, and retaining and enhancing the existing relationships. Additionally, you will also be tasked with acquiring new Preferred/Imperia relationships to expand the bank's client base. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HNW Portfolio: Identify eligible customers from the Classic/Preferred portfolio, acquire new customers meeting product criteria, regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and update their profiles, enhance the overall value of the portfolio, maintain portfolio quality parameters, cross-sell bank products based on customer requirements, conduct joint calls with supervisors, offer advisory services in coordination with PBG, and control customer attrition to achieve revenue targets. - Operations, Marketing & Processes: Ensure adherence to KYC/AML norms at all times, maintain 5-S norms at the workstation. - Increase Wallet Share: Look for cross-selling opportunities, promote sales to family members and associates, ensure optimal levels of Income Generating Product Group Holdings (IPGH) are achieved. - Product Penetration & Contribution: Enhance Income Generating Product Group Holdings, elevate client's Customer To Group (CTG) level. - Customer Service: Deliver quality customer service, resolve customer queries and complaints within TAT, update customers on regulatory/process changes, communicate promptly on requests and concerns, manage complaints proactively, promote banking channels, introduce customers to RBH/BM and PSO for branch visits. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Preferred Relationship Manager. - Experience in Imperia RM, PB Sales, PB Classic. - Experience working with HNI and HNW clients in Retail Branch Banking (Retail Liabilities).
