Preferred RM / Imperia RM - Leading Private Bank

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager, your main responsibility is to include High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) customers into the Imperia programme. You will be focusing on offering them a superior customer experience to increase the profitability of the relationship. Your role also involves acquiring new to Bank Preferred/Imperia relationships and serving as a one-point contact for all their financial needs and services to enhance their current relationship value and wallet share. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HNW Portfolio by liaising with PB/Preferred RM to identify eligible customers, acquiring new customers, building rapport through regular interactions, enhancing the overall value/book size of the portfolio, maintaining portfolio quality, and cross-selling bank products based on customer needs. - Conduct joint calls with Supervisor as per defined process, offer advisory services, control customer attrition, and achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets. - Ensure adherence to KYC/AML norms, maintain 5-S norms at the workstation, look for opportunities to cross-sell bank products to increase wallet share, and promote sales to family members and associates. - Focus on product penetration, contribute towards focused product goals, and enhance client's Customer to Group (CTG) level. - Deliver quality customer service by resolving queries and complaints within the Turnaround Time (TAT), informing customers about regulatory or process changes, keeping customers updated on program features, and proactively managing complaints through customer feedback. - Promote direct banking channels, introduce customers to relevant bank personnel for backup support, and ensure a smooth transition of portfolio handover/takeover. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Preferred RM with expertise in Imperia RM, PB Sales, and PB Classic. - Experience working with HNI and HNW Clients within Retail Branch Banking (Retail Liabilities) portfolios.,
