Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) to acquire new clients and expand existing ones through various channels such as Priority Banking, Preferred Banking, and Wealth Management.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling of retail liabilities products like CASA deposits to increase revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients by providing exceptional service quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 9-14 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or similar roles focusing on HNI Client Handling, Sales, Acquisition, Portfolio Management, Relationship Management.
  • Strong understanding of Retail Liabilities products including CASA deposits.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship building skills.
