Precision Injection Engineer

: responsible for making parts that require very high precision (dimensional accuracy, repeatability, surface quality, etc.) in the plastic injection molding

process. When 'Analysis' is attached, it refers to the role of analyzing and optimizing various variables that occur during the design and testing/verification

processes of the injection molding process. For example, it includes the analysis of mold filling (flow), deformation (shrinkage, warpage), cooling

uniformity, residual stresses, material properties, and injection process parameters. In other words, you can think of it as the role of an engineer who

identifies and adjusts the injection process based on data, simulations, and experiments to meet the specifications (tolerance, surface finish, etc.)

- Output : Required dimension tolerances and precision specifications, Design for Molding Review Report, Detailed Design, Tooling / Mold Design),

Mold tolerance, Simulation/Prediction Report

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
