Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough credit reviews to assess borrower's creditworthiness for US residential mortgages.
Collaborate with loan officers to ensure accurate loan setup and processing, resulting in timely closings.
Perform pre-approvals and pre-underwriting tasks to identify potential issues before finalizing loans.
Analyze complex financial data to determine loan eligibility and risk levels.

Job Requirements :

2-10 years of experience in the US residential mortgage industry.
Strong understanding of credit review processes, including income verification and collateral evaluation.
Proficiency in pre-underwriting software applications (e.g., Loan Origination Systems).
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating clearly on complex technical matters.
