As a Pre Sales/Solutioning/Conversational AI/Digital transformation Consultant with over 12 years of experience, your role will involve developing a deep understanding of Conversational AI, Smart Agent Assist, CCaaS, and their technical capabilities. You will need to stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and business challenges. By conducting needs assessments, you will provide tailored technical solutions to address their specific needs and use cases. You will be expected to deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of the solutions, customizing them as per the requirements of potential customers. Additionally, collaborating closely with the sales team, you will contribute to the development of winning sales strategies, prepare technical proposals, RFP responses, and other sales materials. Your role will also involve conducting technical presentations, both in-person and virtually, to convey the value proposition of the products/services to customers. Addressing technical inquiries and concerns during the sales process will be crucial for successful customer engagement.
