Pre-Sales Technical Consultant – Surveillance

• Work experience with ICT distribution or System Integration companies
• Certifications or experience in surveillance vendor products and solutions
• Knowledge of IP cameras, VMS, analytics, access control, surveillance etc. .
• Ability to train partners, design solutions, and prepare accurate BOMs .
• Hands-on experience for training, demos, and PoCs .
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration .

• Deliver presales training for partners and handhold them in customer engagements.
• Prepare technical proposals, respond to RFPs, and address Partner and Customer queries.
• Engage with partners to understand customer requirements and deliver demos and PoCs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely closure of opportunities.
• Continuously upgrade skills, industry awareness, and surveillance technology updates.
