Job Description

Technical Support Engineer (ELV - Extra-Low Voltage)

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a passion for Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and partners, providing expert technical assistance, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. If you have a solid background in ELV systems and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 and L2 technical support for our range of ELV products and solutions, including but not limited to CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and public address systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior engineers or the R&D team and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Create and maintain detailed support documentation, including knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
  • Conduct remote and on-site training for customers and partners on product installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to provide customer feedback and improve product quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ELV technologies, industry trends, and product updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or field service role focused on ELV systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of one or more of the following: CCTV (IP and analog), access control, fire alarm systems, intrusion detection, public address systems, and building management systems.
  • Proficiency in networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) as they relate to ELV systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Genetec, Axis, LenelS2) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
