Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute pre-sales strategies to generate new business leads and opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to identify potential clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
