Pre-Sales & Service Delivery Executive

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (Hindi + English), be comfortable with customer-facing interactions, and preferably — some awareness or interest in legal, compliance, or licensing aspects.
Key Responsibilities - Pre-Sales & Solutioning

Service Delivery & Client Implementation

Customer Service & Account Management for Existing Clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients — respond to their queries, handle support, and provide information about products/services. Indeed+2x0pa.com+2
- Manage client renewals / upsell / cross-sell opportunities by understanding their evolving needs and recommending suitable solutions. (Using pre-sales + service delivery + customer service synergy)
- Ensure documentation and records are maintained (client history, contracts/licensing/compliance records if applicable).
Client Visits / On-site Interactions / Field Work
- Travel to client locations for demos, requirement gathering, solution presentation, follow-ups, delivery oversight or licensing/compliance discussions (as relevant).
- Act as the face of the company during on-site meetings: understand client context, help them onboard, ensure smooth coordination among stakeholders (client, internal teams).
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships through periodic visits and consultative support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline — business, commerce, engineering, law, or relevant).
- Strong communication skills — fluent in
Hindi
and English
(both spoken & written). - Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to interact with clients, understand needs, build relationships.
- Past experience (or demonstrated aptitude) in pre-sales / sales engineering / solution consulting / service delivery — ideally 1–3 years (or more).
- Comfort with traveling and client-site visits.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities: sales support, delivery coordination, customer service, documentation, follow-ups.
- Organizational skills — manage pipelines, clients’ data, delivery schedules, contracts/licensing if applicable.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving and service-delivery focus.
Desired / “Plus” (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to or knowledge of legal / compliance / licensing matters relevant to the company’s services/products (regulations, contracts, renewals, compliance audits) — helpful for ensuring compliant delivery and dealing with existing clients.
- Experience with B2B sales, service implementation, or SaaS/IT products/services (or relevant domain).
- Ability to understand technical or domain-specific product features to assist in demonstration, solution designing or implementation.
- Experience managing existing accounts, handling service delivery or customer support.
